Commission-only sales marketplace
Commission that cannot be withheld.
Businesses post commission-only offers. Independent closers pick them up. Closefloor issues the checkout, so revenue physically cannot reach the business without the rep’s cut coming out first.
For closers
You close, you get paid.
Not because they’re honest. Because the money can’t reach them without paying you first. Your commission is a line in the settlement, not a line in an email.
- 01The split executes at checkout. No invoicing, no chasing, no “accounting will get to it.”
- 02Every deal you settle writes to your record. It’s yours, and it follows you to the next offer.
- 03Offers state price, commission, terms, and how long the commission is held, up front. If it’s not on the offer, you don’t owe it.
For businesses
Track records made of settled money.
Every number on a rep’s profile comes from transactions we settled. Close rate, deal size, volume. None of it is self-reported, because none of it can be.
- 01Post an offer in minutes: product, price, commission, terms. Reps come to you.
- 02Pay only on revenue. No retainers, no salaries, no recruiter fees.
- 03Vet reps on money that actually moved, not a resume that says “president’s club.”
How it works
The checkout is the contract.
01
A business posts an offer
Product, price, commission, and the hold window — all stated up front. A business can change its terms going forward, but never on a deal a rep has already registered.
02
A closer picks it up
Reps browse open offers and take the ones worth their time. The hold window is locked in when they join, and the business can't change it once they've picked it up.
03
The buyer pays through us
Closefloor issues the checkout. The rep's commission comes out of the payment before the business's balance is credited. It never passes through their hands.
04
Settlement splits the money
Commission to the rep, remainder to the business, one line written to the rep's record. In that order. The commission is held for a refund window the business sets and discloses on the offer, then it is yours. If the sale refunds during the window it simply never releases. If it refunds after, you keep it.
Directories introduce you and disappear. We hold the transaction, which is the only point where any of this can be enforced. That is the entire product.
Stop trusting. Start settling.
Free to join on both sides. Closefloor’s fee is 15% of the rep’s commission, charged to the business and never deducted from the rep. We only make money when a deal actually settles.
